Wahoo! We finally made it to the end of the alphabet. Now with fall coming we can do all sorts of other units I made. (Candy Corn , Pumpkins, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Turkeys, etc)!!!
We began this unit learning about Zebras. Included is a list of zebra facts, then we did lots of watching videos on youtube of zebras running, making noise, hunting, being hunted...quick segment into predator and prey). * Make it a teachable moment! :)
Here is the letter Z craft we did and also a letter z sort. I made different letters and different fonts.
Included with the letter Z unit is an "Opposites" matching game.
My almost 4 year old had a little trouble with this. He kept trying to tell me the beginning letter of each word instead, but he got the hang of it.
